Ingredients
- 4 boneless, thin cut pork loin chops
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup of panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup of finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 3 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides
- Prepare three separate shallow dishes
- Add flour in the first dish
- Eggs in the second dish
- Combine and mix panko, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in the third dish
- Dip each chop in flour first, shaking off the excess
- Egg next, although the excess to drip off
- And the panko mixture last
- Heat oil over medium high and fry chop for 2 minutes on each side
- Remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish
- Place marinara sauce over the chops and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
